call it into being

Every circle starts with one person who knew what they wanted — and was willing to name it out loud and invite others in. This is that moment.

  • i. You name it. Give your circle a name and a short invitation — who it's for, what it's about, what kind of friendship it tends.
  • ii. It enters the directory. Your circle appears on alcente.xyz. Others who feel the pull can find it and join.
  • iii. You coordinate it. How the circle runs is yours to decide — email thread, seasonal call, Signal group, annual gathering. We introduce ourselves and then step back. It's yours.
  • iv. You join the century. By naming a circle, you also become part of the overarching century of peers — the monthly dispatch, the shared library, the larger web.

Your circle has been named.

We'll review it and be in touch within a few days to welcome you as its coordinator and add it to the directory.
